How can I place an order?

Like any other online shopping website, you can easily add products to your cart. To finish your order, remember to log in or create an account with us.

Who can place an order?

To purchase cannabis goods from Top Shelf BC, you must be a resident of Canada and be at least 19 years old. This regulation has no exceptions.

Can I change, add, or cancel my order?

If you would like to add or modify your order, please create a new order with the necessary changes and send us an email about your previous order so we can cancel it. You can go into the system and cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed yet. Kindly send an email to sales@importedhashdeliverytoronto.ca with your order number in the subject line.

When will my order be shipped?

As soon as your electronic transfer is received. We’ll start working on your order. Tuesday through Friday, we have a deadline of 9 AM PST. Our deadline is 8 AM PST on Monday.

Sometimes orders placed after the deadline will be dispatched the same day. We will dispatch your order first thing in the morning on the following business day, so don’t panic if you missed the deadline!

What is the estimated time of arrival for my order?

Depending on the location, Xpresspost (Canada Post) shipping takes one to three business days. If the order is dispatched on a holiday, there can be delays.

Help! I didn’t receive my order.

Please send us an email at sales@importedhashdeliverytoronto.ca right away if your order has not arrived within 48 hours of the anticipated delivery date. We’ll look into it and take the appropriate action to make sure your package gets to you safely.

How much does shipping cost?

Express shipment has a set shipping fee of $20. Shipping is free for orders over $250 after discounts!

Why does the given tracking number not function?

Before the item is even scanned at the post office, you will receive an email with your tracking number after your order is processed. The tracking number should be updated when you return at the conclusion of the working day.
